Thrasymachus aka “the bad boy” really captured my attention this week. “Justice is the advantage of the strongest,” is a quote stated by him that I completely agree with. In America, only the rich make the rules which they benefit from. How is this possible? Why do the rich always have the upperhand? I have a strong belief that it is because of the government and the tactics and illusions that they create. Plenty of people have been discussing the 2016 voting candidates and the possible outcomes about what would happen if a certain candidate wins. Majority of people hate Donald Trump because of his gigantic ego and his boisterous personality makes him not afraid to voice his opinions. In other words, people believe that he is a rude racist. Hillary Clinton has mostly a lot of votes because they are in love with the idea of her being the first woman president. This is my stance. Nobody honestly has a say. Why? Every voting candidate has two things in common. They are all wealthy and future puppets. The president is only a face to me. Whatever the government wants to happen, it will happen. Democrats and Republicans as separate parties are an illusion because they are both the same party. Whoever gets in office is only going to represent the upper class people, which explains why the rich always wins. The weak or the poor is not being helped or cared about. Most can agree that politics are full of lies, but still choose to vote for the lesser of two evils. In America, voting is looked at as being mandatory. People vote for the lesser of two evils, but ignores the fact that they have a choice not to vote for an evil at all. It is all about the elite. Voting gets people excited about change, but in reality no change is happening. The elite is only looking out for the elite. The people who have the power makes the rules.
I agree. People who are wealthy in this country are superior by default. Its actually sad how many people are put on the "back burner" just because of economic status instead of ability. As Dr. J has mentioned before, congress isn't diverse--mostly white, male and Christian. How is that an actual representation of our country? It is not.
